Talking about art, ‘A four-year-old child can do this’, ‘everybody can do that’. How many times have we heard or even uttered these words ourselves? For most people it’s somehow hard to understand and value the whole process behind a work of art. That’s why we have worked on a book with the structure of a magazine, with a close view on the artist’s life and analyzing the work in detail so that anyone who is not an expert on art can value the artist’s job and skill. To attract all this public, we have approached the Action Painting movement, very attractive from a visual point of view, but poorly appreciated by the general public.
